Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, we are an ISO 9001:2015 and 27001:2023 certified company, and we use Program Management Institute (PMI) principles, and ITIL framework across all our projects.

KYM leadership team members bring an average experience of 20+ years as we support Federal, International snd Commercial clients with their Data Governance, Data Management, Data Visualization, Data Architecure, Project Management, Information Management, Cybersecurity and Business Intelligence challenges.

Our analytical approach and process involves activities relating to determination of client objectives; fact-finding; definition of problems or opportunities; evaluation of alternatives; formulation of proposed actions; communication of results; implementation; and follow-up. At KYM, we believe in utilizing highly trained and qualified staff to provide value for our customers.

We follow a "one badge - one team" approach and utilize the skills and professional networks of all our SMEs and talent acquisition specialists to identify and recruit the right people to support client needs. KYM also has corporate partnerships with AWS, Salesforce/ Tableau, Databricks, UIPath and Collibra.

Our Story

I established KYM in 2010 as a small consulting business to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) services to clients in Delaware. I previously led multiple high-visibility data-driven FP&A activities for global banks, corporations and other clients. However, after having children, I quickly realized that these large organizations are not as agile as they claim, and a number of corporate promises about work-life-balance and family-friendly environments were just that... promises.

My kids were still very young and needed parental attention, so I decided to own my changing circumstances, and shifted my career approach and corporate trajectory. I started KYM to work with smaller businesses that could benefit from my large business experience at a more affordable small business budget. As I moved to the DC area with my family, I continued to work with smaller and not-for-profit organizations. My vision for KYM was to create an organization that was nimble, responsive, and flexible to accommodate employee needs as they transition through different stages in life without sacrificing their careers and growth opportunities.

My husband joined KYM in 2012, and together we developed KYM as a small business that was very supportive of our small employee base. As KYM's growth accelerated, we continued to work very hard to stay true to our commitment to KYM's core principles. It's not always easy juggling employee constraints, client needs, COVID, the great resignation, etc. - but we continue to strive to offer an environment where our team members thrive personally, and professionally.

Dimple Mehra

President Dimple has led multiple high-visibility data-driven financial planning and analysis activities for global banks, corporations and other clients. Most recently she has applied her skills to support US Marshals Service to help with crime statistics, Use of Force Incidents and Shooting events data analysis.

Dimple holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Economics from University of Mumbai. She firmly believes in work-life balance and makes every effort to enjoy time with her 2 children.




Vijay Mehra

Chief Operating Officer Vijay has led complex business solutions, and served in management and technical leadership positions with global consulting firms. He brings extensive business/mission and technology delivery experiences in public safety, defense, hospitality and financial services, leading teams 45-50 resources.

Vijay holds a Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences, an MBA, and an MS in Computer Information Systems, and specializes in Information Sharing and Safeguarding strategies, standards and technologies.


Chris Craddock

Director of Operations Chris has been providing program/project management support to the US Government for over 20 years. He’s led teams and contracts of all sizes, including cross-functional teams who developed enterprise-wide solutions for large, multinational corporations. He believes the best teams are those empowered to develop innovative solutions for their customers and has himself been recognized for developing solutions to increase business growth.

Chris holds a Master's Degree in Public and International Affairs with a focus on Global Governance and Security, earned a Bachelor's Degree in History, and is a certified Project Management Professional.


Chris Luebcke

Director Business Development Chris has over 20 years of operational experience and has achieved outstanding personal and team results. He finds his greatest motivation in coaching others to perform above and beyond expectations. Chris has been responsible for overseeing several FEDCIV contracts in support of DoD, DoJ, DHS, and Intel customers. Additionally, Chris has managed Government wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) to include Alliant, Alliant 2, and Connections II.

At KYM Advisors, Chris serves as the Director of Business Development. Chris brings proven success as a hands-on leader combining strong interpersonal skills with a track record in providing mission critical solutions to his customers.


Ashley Craig

Associate Director HR and
Talent Management
Ashley has 10-plus years of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources experience for small and large government contractors. She leads all aspects of KYM’s talent strategy and talent management supporting a diverse workforce. She drives equal opportunity in all her HR interactions and decisions, allowing for a consistent and fair workplace that inspires a trusting, positive, and collaborative company culture.

Ashley holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and an MBA, specializing in Human Resources. She brings strong interpersonal skills that cultivate a cohesive and open work environment for current and future employees.
